What's the interesting difference you notice....

Greetings from Holland,
Paull and Paulla

PS:
What do you think of the flags :?:

Hello

Chronological classification ...

In the foreground, the first 604 is the older, probably 1976 - 1977

The next seems to be product near 1979 - 1980 (black plastic mirror)

The last, with orange indicators have a cap roof part and it's the younger !

It's not easy to find !!!
Lot's of difference !!
color, roof, mirror, antenna

What's the good answer ?

Sorry for my English language ...

Hello Xavier,

Your English is OK, no bother to apologize!

8) The first 6  4: 1976 SL automatic. Please note the newspaper: it spills some oil .
This car (belonging to a friend) has recently been imported from France.

8) The second 6  4: 1985 GTI, 406.000 km automatic gearbox mostly on LPG/GPL).
We fooled you with this one: we bought in France white blinkers and yellow headlights.
This 6  4 has electric heated chairs (handy in Holland) and electric heated side mirrors, homemade.

8) The third 6  4 in the row: 1985 GTI automatic - 270.000 km.
Since 1997 ZF automatic gearbox, homemade :!: (used to be 5-speed)

So you see, driving 6  4 can give a lot of fun (and so do our friends visiting us know!!).

As to the flags:
One is definitely French
The otherone for sure Peugeot

Many greetings from Holland,
Paull and Paulla

Yes! I found this detail for oil :? but I didn't want to upset the car's owner ;)

Dear Xavier,

It is encouraging to see that you give yourself so much trouble in translating into English.
We do hope, that more reactions in this topic will follow.

We cannot remember if we met you at an earlier 6  4 meeting.
It has been quite a while since we attended, but we were at the annual meeting in Paris
last February. Did you attend this meeting?

Many happy miles in your 6  4!!

Bye for now,
Paull and Paulla

PS:
We will be in the Vendée first week of May, so you might spot us on
one of the highways.... We are travelling in a Anthracite grey 6  4,
licence plate NP-83-TZ.

Hello Paull and Paulla !

It's a great pleasure to see 6 :D 4, from another countries, beautiful
like yours :D
Like Xavier has said, kilometers are very impressive, but if you take care
of your car, you'll not have big problems or troubleshootings.

Like you write, we feel very good you love it, it's great :!: :D

Great too, for the 5 speed automatic transmission, fuel consumption
is certainly lower than with 3 speed gearbox :!: :!:

And give us another pictures, when you'll have the time to do it :D

I am sorry for my english, but I don't practice everyday, I need one or two days, to replace it in my brain
And I am not as lucky as Xavier is, because I don't use " his Google transletor"...

The only one reason is...because I don't know how to use it !!

It will be a great pleasure to meet us a next day !

Best regards
Will

Dear Will,

Many thanks for your reaction. Your English is quite good.
(und Deutsch ist für uns auch kein Problem  )

As to our 6  4, we will make pictures and post them on the forum (after our short holidaybreak to Vendée).

Anyway, we expect in the Herault no shortage of good wine

Cheers!!
Paull and Paulla

:D :D

These days, we spoke about you, with V6SL, how are you ?

Perhaps you are still in Vendée ?
And we don't know if you may read your messages...

We were in Normandy, me and Xavier( V6SL) to see his new 1978 604 TI, automatique...
Unfortunatly, this car was too much expensive, too many expensive repairs to do...
Xavier has been very sad, but the last week-end, we have bought for him a beautifull 1979 Ti, first hand, 160 000 km, "silver green"with
wonderfull seats, covered since its delivery !, sliding roof, 5 gears, brown interior, a south car, near my home.

We have to re-start the engine, and to change all fluids.
I you want, you may see it in "presentation"

See you soon among us, it will be a great pleasure to read you!
Best regards !
Will
